I was an athlete in college so I’ve had a few S&C coaches, but Patrick’s knowledge of anatomy is something else. He points out the little technical things most trainers miss, and got me adding forty pounds to my squat in just five months. I started crossfit to get in shape aesthetically, and on top of that I now feel so much healthier and have a much better awareness of my body. Above all, it’s been such a blast, and I would rank crossfit among the best decisions of my adult life!
